Shri Prasanna Patwardhan the current Chairman & Managing Director, has been instrumental in not only consolidating the group activities, but also taking the group to its next growth orbit.
Such exponential growth has been accomplished through his Visionary Business acumen and the respect that he commands within the business fraternity. Mr. Patwardhan is a science graduate with professional management education.
In sports he was the captain of Maharashtra team and was member of national Basket ball team.
Mrs. Monica Patwardhan heads our holiday vertical. She had toured all the places in India and abroad and her rich experience helps to design smart itinerary and tour plans.She loves to discover new destination & new attraction in old destination which gives us an upper edge for “Smart Itinerary”.
Mr. Parag Khandekar is the Chief Financial Officer at Purple. He is a Chartered Accountant, ACMA (UK), CGMA (UK), IFRS Certified (UK) and CPA (Australia). He has held General Manager - Finance, controller, planning, compliance, audit and other strategic decision making positions in companies in automobile, real estate, public accounting, market research industries & has expertise in strategic decision making, financial planning, fund management, restructuring, private equity, Venture Capital financing & risk management. He has a successful track record of precociously achieving business objectives in highly competitive environments.
Mr. Rohit Pardeshi is working as a COO of Intercity vertical. He has a very rich experience in this domain with in-depth knowledge on fleet machinery, route planning, maintenance etc. He is associated with this group for past 15 years and is integral part of growth and development of the organization.
Mr. Ravindra More is working as GM of Intercity. His association with this organization is for the past 25 years.He handles day to day operation & management of this vertical. When he joined the organization, the company had 2 buses and today it has increased to 50 buses for Intercity vertical.
Col Nikhil Vaidya is working as GM of City Bus Operations. He has over two decades of experience from the Indian Army in designing and implementing strategic and operational plans at multi locational, regional and Greenfield Project levels, in addition to managing large scale human resources and vehicle fleets. He has business qualification from IIM Bangalore as also professional qualifications on Defence Financial Planning, Senior Defence Management and Transport Management. He handles pan India operations of City Bus vertical.
Col. Randhir Deshmukh is working as GM HR & Admin. He has 22 years of rich
experience in the field of Human Resources, Training, Security & Disaster management.
He deeply believes in the fact that a rich human resource creates a vibrant and responsive organization.
He is a graduate from National Defense Academy of Khadakwasla (Pune) & has done his Post Graduation from Defense Services Staff College also has a post graduate diploma in HR from Symbiosis, Pune.
Mr. Mazhar Shaikh is working as GM Holiday Vertical. He is a Commerce Graduate with a MBA in Marketing & Diploma in Travel & Tourism, from University of Mumbai. In his past experience of 15 years, he has handled & lead teams in all departments of the Tours business.
